How do you wash Five | Six Textiles?
Each Five | Six Textiles is 100% cotton, some shrinkage on first wash is to be expected. We recommend using a gentle cleaning solvent. These cloths are hand dyed and some transfer onto lighter colors may occur. We suggest washing the textiles on their own at least once as some of the darker colors may bleed. For product specific instructions see below.
Tapis: Spot clean and air dry. We don’t recommend using any cleaning solvent for our handwoven and hand dyed Tapis. To spot clean, using a clean white cloth, dampen the stained area and leave for 15 minutes and then gently blot with a dry cloth from both sides to draw out the stain. If the stain persists, we recommend dry cleaning. Every few weeks we recommend giving the Tapis a good shake and hang in the open air.
Pillows: We suggest to spot cleaning first and if necessary you can machine wash them on cold in the the gentle cycle. Please reshape and hang to air dry only.
Throws: Machine wash on cold in the gentle cycle. Please hang to air dry.
Bedspreads & Table Collection: Machine wash on cold in the gentle cycle and tumble dry on low.
Tea Towels: Raw cotton becomes more absorbent with use. Before mopping up any spills or stylishly hanging the tea towel from a hook, stove, or towel rack give it a wash. Machine was on cold with gentle detergent and tumble dry low. Iron if needed.
Five | Six Textiles are hand dyed. Some bleeding may occur but is not permanent and will wash out with subsequent wash. We suggest washing Five | Six Textiles on their own or with like colors.
Pets?
No problem. Our textiles are durable.

We ship to the US, UK, and Canada.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS
FedEx Ground: Most domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx ground which includes tracking. For orders 5 pounds and under a flat rate of $10 applies. For orders over 5 pounds an additional fee applies. Estimated shipping time is 3-10 days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships. Some items ship via DHL Express.
Shipping Issues: Once your order leaves Five | Six Textiles, all shipping liability lies with FedEx or DHL. If you have any delivery issues please file a claim here or find out more regarding DHL here. After the package is marked as delivered by FedEx or DHL, packages become the customer's responsibility. Five | Six cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery.

UK & CANADA SHIPPING
All UK and Canada shipping is via DHL Express. Please note, we cannot ship pillows with inserts. We do ship pillow covers and all other available inventory.

DUTIES & TAXES
Please note that customers are responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country. Five | Six cannot estimate or cover duties or customer on shipments.
What is your return policy?
We love our customers and want you to be ecstatic about your Five | Six Textile purchase. As we work with the artisans directly and all items are handmade and shipped from Côte d’Ivoire, all purchases are final. This includes wholesale and trade accounts.
