How do you wash Five | Six Textiles?
Each Five | Six Textiles is 100% cotton. They can be machine washed on cold in the gentle cycle. Please hang to air dry only unless otherwise noted.
Five | Six Textiles are hand dyed. Some bleeding may occur but is not permanent and will wash out with subsequent wash. We suggest washing Five | Six Textiles on their own or with like colors.
Have pets? No problem. Our textiles are durable.
What is your shipping policy?
DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS
FedEx Ground: All domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx ground which includes tracking. For orders 10 pounds and under a flat rate of $10 applies. For orders over 10 pounds a $17 fee applies. Estimated shipping time is 3-10 days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Shipping Issues: Once your order leaves Five | Six Textiles, all shipping liability lies with FedEx. If you have any delivery issues please file a claim here. After the package is marked as delivered by FedEx, packages become the customer's responsibility. Five | Six cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot offer international shipping for pillows with inserts and bedspreads at this time. We do ship all pillow covers, throws, and our table collection.
FedEx International Economy: All international orders will be shipped via FedEx International Economy at a flat rate of $25. This includes tracking and delivery takes 3-7 days once it is customs-cleared.
Duties and Taxes: Please note that international customers are responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country. Five | Six cannot estimate or cover duties or customer on international shipping.
